我(wǒ)國(guó)心(xīn)理(lǐ)學(xué)界認为(wèi),控制噪音(yīn)环(huán)境,除了(le)考慮人(rén)的因(yīn)素之(zhī)外(wài),還(huán)須兼顧經(jīng)濟和(hé)技術(shù)上(shàng)的可(kě)行性(xìng)。充分(fēn)的噪音(yīn)控制,必須考慮噪音(yīn)源、傳音(yīn)途徑、受音(yīn)者(zhě)所(suǒ)组成(chéng)的整个(gè)系(xì)統。控制噪音(yīn)的措施可(kě)以(yǐ)针对(duì)上(shàng)述三(sān)个(gè)部(bù)分(fēn)或(huò)其(qí)中(zhōng)任何一(yī)个(gè)部(bù)分(fēn)。噪音(yīn)控制的內(nèi)容包(bāo)括:
①在(zài)聲源處(chù)控制。降低(dī)聲源噪音(yīn),工业、交通(tòng)運输业可(kě)以(yǐ)選用(yòng)低(dī)噪音(yīn)的生(shēng)産設備和(hé)改進(jìn)生(shēng)産工藝,或(huò)者(zhě)改變(biàn)噪音(yīn)源的運動(dòng)方(fāng)式(如(rú)用(yòng)阻尼、隔振等措施降低(dī)固體(tǐ)發(fà)聲體(tǐ)的振動(dòng))。
②在(zài)噪聲傳播途中(zhōng)控制。在(zài)傳音(yīn)途徑上(shàng)降低(dī)噪音(yīn)(在(zài)傳播过(guò)程中(zhōng))控制噪音(yīn)的傳播,改變(biàn)聲源已經(jīng)發(fà)出(chū)的噪音(yīn)傳播途徑,如(rú)采用(yòng)吸音(yīn)、隔音(yīn)、音(yīn)屏障、隔振、多(duō)栽樹(shù)等措施,以(yǐ)及(jí)合理(lǐ)規劃(huà)城(chéng)市(shì)和(hé)建築布(bù)局(jú)等。
③在(zài)人(rén)耳(ěr)處(chù)减弱(ruò)噪聲。受音(yīn)者(zhě)或(huò)受音(yīn)器官的噪音(yīn)防護,在(zài)聲源和(hé)傳播途徑上(shàng)无法(fǎ)采取(qǔ)措施,或(huò)采取(qǔ)的聲學(xué)措施仍不(bù)能(néng)达(dá)到(dào)預期(qī)效果(guǒ)时(shí),就(jiù)需要对(duì)受音(yīn)者(zhě)或(huò)受音(yīn)器官采取(qǔ)防護措施,如(rú)长(cháng)期(qī)職业性(xìng)噪音(yīn)暴露(lù)的工人(rén)可(kě)以(yǐ)戴耳(ěr)塞 、耳(ěr)罩(zhào)或(huò)头(tóu)盔等護耳(ěr)器

噪音(yīn)控制在(zài)技術(shù)上(shàng)雖(suī)然現(xiàn)在(zài)已經(jīng)成(chéng)熟,但由(yóu)于(yú)現(xiàn)代(dài)工业、交通(tòng)運输业規模很大(dà),要采取(qǔ)噪音(yīn)控制的企业和(hé)场所(suǒ)为(wèi)數甚多(duō),因(yīn)此(cǐ)在(zài)防止噪音(yīn)問(wèn)題(tí)上(shàng),必須从技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟和(hé)效果(guǒ)等方(fāng)面進(jìn)行綜合權衡。当然,具體(tǐ)問(wèn)題(tí)應(yìng)当具體(tǐ)分(fēn)析。在(zài)控制室(shì)外(wài)、設計(jì)室(shì)、車間(jiān)或(huò)職工长(cháng)期(qī)工作的地(dì)方(fāng),噪音(yīn)的強(qiáng)度(dù)要低(dī);庫房(fáng)或(huò)少(shǎo)有(yǒu)人(rén)去(qù)車間(jiān)或(huò)空(kōng)旷地(dì)方(fāng),噪音(yīn)稍高(gāo)一(yī)些(xiē)也(yě)是(shì)可(kě)以(yǐ)的。總(zǒng)之(zhī),对(duì)待不(bù)同(tóng)时(shí)間(jiān)、不(bù)同(tóng)地(dì)點(diǎn)、不(bù)同(tóng)性(xìng)質(zhì)與(yǔ)不(bù)同(tóng)持(chí)續时(shí)間(jiān)的噪音(yīn),應(yìng)有(yǒu)一(yī)定(dìng)的區(qū)别
